My first stacked cake! It made to the party! Yeah. Lets just say some of the lightening bolts did not. It was very windy the day I delivered it. The Pokemon ball is Styrofoam covered with fondant. I molded all the figures. I have never seen Pokemon or did not have any characters, so I had to use the wonderful Internet to get pictures of them. The parents were very excited. This was one of the two cakes I had to deliver. Let's just say I wasn't too happy with my husband for talking me into doing two very detailed cakes in one day, but they both turned out super good & the customers loved them.

Pokemon

Roar Like a Dinosaur
1st Birthday cake I made for my nephew. Everything is edible. The eggs on the nest are made by putting fondant inside of a plastic egg, stuffing it with a cake ball mixture and letting it dry. It is very hard to put rolled fondant inside of a plastic easter egg. My husband helped out a lot with this cake. He made the worm, letters, dinosaur head, legs, and tail. He was a big help with this!!
Money Money
Cake for the Credit Union. Chocolate Cake with pieces of Oreo Cookies inside, Oreo Cream Cheese Filling & Buttercream Frosting.
Curious George
A Herd of Buffalo
Flip Flops.
I had fun doing these. I cut the cakes in the shape of a flip flop and then added the flowers. My mother-in-law has a flower shop so I was able to use these daisies. The birthday girl loved them! A friend saw these and wanted them for her daughter's birthday!
Valentine's Cookies
I made these for my kid's valentine's presents for their teachers. They were sugar cookies with fondant on top. I just pressed the letter press onto the fondant. I wanted them to look like a conversation heart. I had a lot of fun with this. I also made containers for these. They were the international coffee container that I wrapped with scrapbooking paper & ribbon.

Leaf Cake
Here is a cake I made for my Grandmother-in-Law for her birthday. It is an Apple Spice Cake with Caramel Cream Cheese Filling Caramel Buttercream Frosting. The leaves were fondant. Let's just say there was no cake left! It was a big hit.
Zebra Cake
This was my first topsy turvy zebra print cake. I had a lot of fun making it. Had some struggles but I got it done!! Bottom tier was Mocha Chocolate Cake with Mocha Buttercream Frosting. Middle tier was Honey Bun Cake with Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting. Top Tier was Lemon Cake with Pink Lemonade Buttercream. They were all covered with Fondant and the Zebra Strips were Chocolate Fondant tinted black. The only thing that is not edible is the green wires. The birthday girl was so excited!! Thanks Jenny for giving me this opportunity to make this cake for ya!
